Huge Event Tent Rental in Mears Michigan Silver Lake - Apple BBQ Festival 2024

Each year, more than 15,000 visitors flock to Mears, Michigan for a fantastic experience at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple and BBQ Festival! They have delicious smoked barbecue from skilled pitmasters, live entertainment, shopping, and classic cars and ORVs.

Held at Golden Township Park near downtown Silver Lake, this festival offers two days of family fun featuring a classic auto and ORV show, an apple pie contest, and a craft fair showcasing a variety of locally grown apples and apple treats. They also host the Apple A Day 5K run, enjoy delicious festival food, a beer tent, listen to live music, and bounce houses for the kids and other activities.

We have been assisting with this event for several years by providing various tent rentals, including tent walls, lighting, table rentals, chairs rentals and bounce house rentals. This year, we set up several colorful and striped 20x20 tents for merchandise sales, first aid, children's activities, and ticket sales.

Every year is slightly different as the event grows. We meet with the Event Director and get the precise location for tents and bounce houses. Communication is key to ensure a smooth running event.
